• Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Design & Website Support

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a growing medical practice with social media, graphic design, website updates, and general digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities include

• Creating and editing social media posts
• Designing graphics, flyers, ads, and promotional materials
• Managing and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Basic photo and video editing
• Updating and modifying website content
• Making basic website design and layout changes
• Uploading images, text, blog posts, and other website content
• Assisting with SEO and online visibility
• Creating branded materials for the medical practice
• Helping maintain a consistent professional look across social media and the website
• Assisting with email marketing and other digital projects
• General virtual assistant and administrative duties related to marketing and design

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Comfortable with website editing and content management systems such as WordPress
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Good English communication skills
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Able to learn new software quickly
• Reliable and responsive
• Portfolio or examples of previous design, social media, or website work preferred

We are looking for someone smart and motivated who can grow with the practice and take on more responsibility over time based on performance.

• Pay: Php150.00 - Php300.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 2.0 – 30.0 per week
