Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Pre Engineered Building projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry, and possess a valid driver's license. The role will involve promoting and selling pre-engineered building solutions to clients across Metro Manila and the entire Luzon region. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for pre-engineered building projects. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our pre-engineered building solutions. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services. Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry. Valid driver's license , Passport and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Pleasing personality with confidence in product presentations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
