DATA COORDINATOR & ANALYST

We are seeking a Data Coordinator & Analyst to join our Data Team. This hybrid role combines data analytics, reporting, and database support responsibilities. You will work with business and operational data to generate meaningful insights while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of our database systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and database platforms. This role offers the opportunity to support business decision-making through reporting and analysis while maintaining the quality and reliability of critical data systems.

Key responsibilities

Analyze, validate, and maintain data to support business reporting and decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and related tools. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Maintain accurate product, supplier, inventory, and operational data across database systems. Investigate and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and duplicate records. Support database maintenance, data updates, imports/exports, and user requests. Improve reporting and data management processes through automation and efficiency initiatives. Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and AI technologies to streamline workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About you

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in data analytics, database management, reporting, or data support roles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality assurance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, automation tools, or other business intelligence solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with data validation, database systems, AI tools, and operational or retail environments is an advantage.
