About the role
Leads the project end to end - initiation through closeout - on scope, schedule, and budget. Gathers and validates requirements, then turns them into plans, timeline, and resourcing. Aligns execs, clients, and cross - functional teams, dev, QA, design, data/AI, through delivery
- Tracks risks and issues, and owns the extra moving parts unique to AI projects - models, data, and vendor APIs. Requirements
- A graduate of BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related
- At least 2 years experience managing IT-related projects
- Proven end-to-end delivery, requirements gathering through closeout
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with AI-related projects (ML deployment, AI tool integration, data pipelines(Working knowledge of PM methodologies - Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid
- Budget and resource management experience
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent communciation, negotiation, and leadership skills
Preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/Agile certification
- Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle or MLOps toolig
- Background in software development (SDLC exposure)
- Experience in leading distributed or remote teams
- Vendor and contract management experience
