Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. Requirements: At least 6 months BPO experience (Voice/Back Office)

Healthcare account experience is a PLUSGood verbal and written English skills Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw, Mandaluyong
