About the role
Looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead(TOSCA) who leads the design and implementation of test automation solutions within the Delivery Team
🔑 Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in programming/coding/scripting using test automation tools
- Experience in executing/debugging/maintaining test automation scripts
- Has driven process improvements related to test automation
- Has experience in mentoring junior test analysts or peers
- Can demonstrate skill in coding standards and code reviews
- Has strong trouble shooting, issue resolution skills and root cause analysis skill
- Proficient in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Selenium (commonly used in BDO), Robot Framework, Kobiton, Test
Project, Test
Complete, Test
Architect, Cucumber, IBM Rational Functional Tester, and Katalon.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of automation solutions.
- Familiarity with non-functional testing (e.g., performance, load, security) is a plus.
- Domain expertise in loan core banking system or any loan management system is highly preferred
