Job description

We provide outsourced CFO, Accounting, Analysis, and Bookkeeping support for multiple growth-oriented clients and are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and innovative Accountant/Analyst. Interpersonal communication skills required, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and work independently.

Responsibilities

\* Support assigned property management clients by performing all accounting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities timely and accurately in Yardi

\* Analyze financial data in Excel (and other software tools) for purposes of forecasting, trend analysis, and managerial analysis to support our clients with strategic and tactical decision-making

• \* Be a leader in identifying areas for improvement to help our clients and our company run more smoothly and efficiently
• \* Conduct monthly/quarterly financial results meetings with clients and identify action items
• \* Solve client issues timely and efficiently
• \* Research, select, and implement various software solutions based on client’s needs
• \* Accurately and timely perform all client-related activity
• \* Support team by coordinating and reviewing client activities
• \* Other projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Accounting bachelor’s degree required
• Over 4 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to work 30-40 hours a week during daytime US business hours
• Advanced Excel and strong technology skills
• Property Management Accounting experience
• Yardi experience required
• Strong self-scheduling and management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fast and efficient with strong attention to detail
• High Speed Internet required
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices
• No recruiters please
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - US Hours
