Full job description

Responsible for developing, testing, and improving food and beverage formulations in line with market trends, customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for new food and beverage products
• Conduct laboratory trials, pilot plant runs, and scale-up tests to ensure product feasibility and stability
• Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to support innovative product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Marketing, Procurement) to bring new products from concept to launch.
• Conduct sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing to validate product quality and performance.
