We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. Reporting directly to the Tech Lead, this role is integral to the design and development of scalable digital solutions. The successful candidate will work across the stack, from building APIs and front-end features to ensuring architectural sustainability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expose APIs to support front-end teams.
• Build user interfaces and components with React.
• Design and maintain a scalable and sustainable system architecture.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Support asset design and day-to-day operations.
• Improve test coverage, automation, and reliability of applications.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python / Flask
• Frontend: React
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (including Lambda), RedHat Open

Shift, Docker

• Database: MongoDB

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong backend development experience with solid skills in React.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern architecture principles and CI/CD practices.
• Comfortable challenging requirements to propose better technical solutions.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
• Agile mindset: proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
• Contract length: 18 months
• Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
