About the role
- Provide technical support to participants, assessors, and client admins.
- Ensure operational excellence in administering Talentlytica dashboard for clients
- Act as the go-to person for handling issues raised by assessors or client admins
- Provide standby support for technical troubleshooting
- Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting any issues or concerns to the project team.
- Conduct training sessions for participants and assessors on our platform and tools.
- The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing technical guidance is a plus.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Familiar data processing using Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet formula (sumif, countif, vlookup, index match)
- Demonstrate effective, clear and professional communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively
