Math Teacher (JHS/SHS)

Universal College Parañaque is looking for a dedicated and qualified Math Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective mathematics instruction, supporting student learning, and contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Prepare learning materials, activities, assessments, and other instructional resources
• Assess and monitor students' academic progress
• Provide appropriate support and feedback to students
• Maintain an organized, respectful, and positive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student performance
• Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and parents when necessary
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and other assigned academic duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT)
• Preferably with teaching experience in JHS/SHS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about teaching and student development
• Patient, responsible, and committed to students' learning
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents
