Business Analytics Associate

JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:A Graduate in any of the following courses: BS Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, IT, Computer, Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration; Have at least 1 year experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and Reporting; Good presentation skills and is adept with Powerpoint; Have above average analytical skills and is able to show analysis through Excel; Knowledge in MySQL, Phython, Google Data Studio is an advantage; Fresh grads are also welcome to apply.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Create automated, regular and ad-hoc reports, either descriptive or predictive, and provide insights on how to improve the business; Create and manage the application databases of FSG Companies; Report to management any abnormal movements in any business metrics and propose corrective and preventive measures for implementation; Propose incentive schemes, KPI metrics, process improvements, and new products, including their financial and non-financial impacts, which will lead to better overall business profitability; Evaluate the performance of ongoing and recently concluded business initiatives; Perform market research and provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation; Interact and coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the above tasks; And other duties similar to the foregoing.
