About KW KW Industrials is a commercial kitchen equipment company serving professional kitchens across the Philippines. We distribute foodservice equipment, manufacture stainless steel fabrications, and supply ventilation and refrigeration systems. The Role Managing the visual output of KW Industrials — from product graphics and social media content to sales materials and documentation. You work closely with the sales team and management to produce creative assets that are sharp, on-brand, and built to convert.

What You'll Do

• Design marketing materials — product catalogs, brochures, flyers, and price lists
• Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Produce product visuals and short-form videos for digital use
• Edit and retouch product and project visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Design internal documents — proposals, quotation templates, presentation decks
• Support the sales team with client-facing visual materials
• Assist in website content updates and basic layout work

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Can work under deadlines and manage multiple outputs at once
• Self-directed — can take a brief and run with itHas a portfolio demonstrating design and/or video work

Good to Have

• Academic distinctions are an advantage
• Experience with social media management and basic copywriting
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for quick-turnaround content
• Photography skills — product or industrial photography a plus
