About the role

Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, leading requirements management, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance activities. Leverage strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and business outcomes
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams and senior business leaders
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state operating models
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and testable acceptance criteria
• Govern requirements throughout the project lifecycle to maintain consistency, traceability, and alignment across all levels
• Develop and maintain business process maps, data flows, source-to-target mappings, and reporting relationships
• Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, calculation logic, dimensions, filters, exception handling rules, and data-quality standards
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, test strategy, test case development, defect management, and business sign-off
• Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, architecture, and project delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis best practices, standards, and capability development

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Significant experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
• Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
