AT A GLANCE The Product Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of product design and product development projects. The role serves as the central coordinator between cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed and launched on time, meet quality standards, and remain aligned with brand goals. YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY Strategic Planning and Execution Collaborate with Product Design, Product Strategy, Strategic Sourcing and Development, and Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to plan seasonal collections, product launches, and key business initiatives Represent the Product team in cross-functional planning meetings and business alignments Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and launch calendars to ensure timely execution of product initiatives Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to proactively coordinate solutions across teams. Serve as the primary project owner, ensuring readiness before products move into development, production, and launch. Product Development and Alignment Oversee the end-to-end execution of product development projects from concept, design, sampling, validation, production readiness, and launch. Ensure every product initiative reflects the brand's design DNA, commercial objectives, and product quality expectations. Lead product briefings, ensuring stakeholders have clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Align product direction with Product Design, Merchandising, Brand, and business leaders before execution. Ensure product specifications, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned throughout the development process. Maintain visibility of all ongoing product initiatives and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Project and Team Management Manage project timelines, priorities, and workload across Product Design and cross-functional teams. Track project progress, key milestones, approvals, and action items while ensuring accountability across stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, documentation, and project updates to keep teams aligned throughout development. Support process improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and consistency across product development workflows. Assist team leads in resource planning and project prioritization to ensure timely delivery of business objectives. YOUR TALENT Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Project Management, Communications or any related field At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Development, Merchandising, or related. Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through product launch Strong understanding of product development processes, project management methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
