About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for commercial and light industrial positions. The ideal candidate is confident in candidate engagement, experienced in recruitment operations, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage applications from job postings, sourcing platforms, and recruitment campaigns. Source and identify qualified candidates for commercial and light industrial roles. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and initial candidate screenings. Evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, availability, and position requirements. Clearly communicate job responsibilities,

s, work locations, compensation, and hiring process. Endorse qualified candidates to the appropriate facility or hiring manager. Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening results, and application statuses in recruitment systems. Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to reduce drop-offs and no-shows. Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to support hiring targets. Meet established productivity, quality, screening, and endorsement goals.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market. High-volume recruitment experience is highly preferred. Strong candidate screening and assessment skills. Excellent spoken and written English communication. Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound candidate calls. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment databases. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities. Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
