Ecommerce Marketing Officer

The E-Commerce Performance Marketing Officer manages and optimizes paid and non-paid digital marketing channels across the company's Webstore and Marketplace platforms. The role focuses on driving sales, customer acquisition, and campaign performance through data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

Develop digital media plans aligned with commercial revenue goals. Manage and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, targeting, creatives, bidding, and budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.Set up tracking parameters, conversion events, and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement. Monitor channel performance and prepare reports and dashboards on key KPIs. Collaborate with Commercial, Content, Design, Product, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to achieve business objectives.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, IT, Analytics, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in digital media buying, media planning, or E-Commerce Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Lazada In-App Ads, and Shopee In-App Ads. Strong understanding of online sales funnels, marketplaces, and digital campaigns. Data-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel, GA4, dashboards, and analytics tools. Experience handling high-value products or electronics is an advantage. Must be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
