• What You'll Bring (Experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or case management
• Working knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Experience working with databases and multiple datasets
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, geospatial tools, or location-based data is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Data Management & Analysis
• Manage and complete data cases and tickets within SLACreate and validate building and location records
• Clean, analyze, and update data
• Merge duplicate records and perform bulk data updates
• Conduct network proximity and geographical analysis
• Research building and facility information
• Reporting & Business Support
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Analyze building, tenant, network, and geographical data
• Use SQL and other tools to pull and analyze data
• Support Sales and Business Development with data requests
• Assist with integrations and ad-hoc data projects
• Tools & Process Support
• Work with Tranzact, Salesforce, ArcGIS Pro, IQGeo, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
• Maintain accurate customer, facility, and vendor information
• Support data quality and process improvement initiatives
• Take on additional projects as needed based on business requirements
