JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, control, and execution of multiple projects. He/she coordinates with both the client and other relevant departments to ensure projects are within scope and budget. He/she conducts regular inspections and reviews reports to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects. He/she manages onsite activities to monitor the work efficiency of others.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the project from estimating/bidding, procurement, delivery, installation, and completion.
• Familiarization of the project contract and scope of work.
• Develop methodology for the activity including risk assessment, inspection test plan, and checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Check drawings for efficient execution of projects.
• Prepare

• Conform to the master schedule from the client and plan internal schedule of the company.
• Attend principal meeting with management and client to set objectives and commitment.
• Plan, delegate and monitoring of work activities and conduct evaluation and assessment to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Timely record and update projects progress and makes suitable changes when necessary, to meet objectives.
• Meet with clients and consultants to discuss project details and changes, if any.
• Create project documentations to report to department heads.
• Check sufficient estimation of materials of Project-In-Charge.
• Coordinate and follow up on order & delivery of materials.
• Provide instructions to Project-In-Charge for priority areas.
• Facilitate and monitor cost proposal and variation orders.
• Conduct follows ups on construction variation order and work authorization order for inclusion in the billing.
• Check accuracy of daily and weekly reports provided by the Project-In-Charge.
• Prepare and construct letters and notices for follow up requests and other concerns of any project.
• Prepare reconciliation for progress billing and change order.
• Check and validate progress billings provided by the Project-In-Charge.
• Check and validate billing of subcontractor endorsed by the Project-In-Charge.
• Review documents obtained from Project-In-Charge and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer.
• Observe adequacy and efficiency of manpower.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Training

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Must possess at least a professional license in civil engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
• Knowledgeable in Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in glass and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Familiar with curtain wall system installation and construction progress
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
