Role Description The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily care and well-being of residents at Bambu Harmony Living Inc. The role ensures that residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered, and high-quality care while supporting and supervising the caregiving team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field
- Preferably with experience in Home Care, Assisted Living, Senior Care, or Dementia Care
- Experience in supervising and managing caregivers or healthcare staff
- Strong knowledge of care planning and resident/client care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to handle concerns, emergencies, and day-to-day care coordination
- Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas
- PRC License is an advantage for Nursing applicants
