HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager oversees an organization's personnel policies, hiring practices, and workplace culture while bridging the gap between company management and employees. Key responsibilities

Assess the current HR organization, team capability, processes, and compliance risks. Correct gaps in recruitment, onboarding, regularization, employee records, and disciplinary procedures. Establish clear turnaround times, accountability, and reporting standards for the HR team. Strengthen performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Improve workforce planning and recruitment for critical and difficult-to-fill positions. Provide management with accurate HR reports, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations. Build credibility with both employees and management through consistent and timely execution. About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least five years of progressive generalist HR experience. At least two years in a supervisory or managerial position. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, due process, disciplinary procedures, and DOLE compliance. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and HR documentation. Experience supporting multiple branches or business units is strongly preferred.
