WFH Inbound Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Sales Development Representative for a part-time remote position. In this role, you will monitor a campaign inbox, reply to interested prospects using approved templates, and qualify leads based on set criteria. You will also schedule appointments onto the sales team's calendar and keep records updated in Zoho CRM. Excellent written English skills and high attention to detail are required to manage follow-ups effectively. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 2 PM CST (20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

Inbox Management: Check the campaign inbox daily during working hours and send timely responses to all incoming emails. Lead Screening: Review replies using provided qualification criteria to separate bad leads from good prospects. Appointment Scheduling: Book qualified prospects directly onto the sales team's calendar.CRM Updating: Log booked appointments into Zoho CRM and keep records clean. Email Follow-ups: Send polite follow-up emails using approved scripts to prospects who haven't finished booking. Weekly Updates: Keep a simple count of replies received, leads qualified, and appointments booked. Must-Have

Requirements

Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, customer support, or admin support. Good written English skills for sending clear, professional email replies. Basic experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM experience is a plus, but easy to learn). High attention to detail and ability to follow screening rules accurately. Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. Familiarity with Slack and standard email platforms. Independent Contractor
