About the role
Core Responsibilities
- Digital New Product Launch (NPD): Coordinate the end-to-end launch schedule for new products targeting the Philippine market. Align production, R&D, and sales teams to ensure we precisely capitalize on market windows.
- Data-Driven Supplier Management: Identify and onboard high-quality third-party manufacturers (OEM/ODM). Establish standardized mechanisms for vendor onboarding assessments, progress tracking, and production efficiency communication.
- Intelligent Competitor & Trend Insights: Scan the competitive landscape, flavor evolution, and hardware/software upgrade trends in the Philippine market to deliver high-value strategies that complete and optimize our product matrix.
- Cross-Border Agile Collaboration: Eliminate information silos between the Shenzhen manufacturing hub and the Manila frontline market by establishing standardized online mechanisms for requirement alignment and delivery.
- Business Outcome Closed-Loop: Ensure that the launch cadence and product-market fit directly drive and support revenue growth targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above (full-time).
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in GTM, product management, or new product launches. A background in e-vapor, e-cigarettes, or global consumer hardware is highly preferred.
- Launch Expertise: Proven track record of managing end-to-end cross-border new product launches. Experience in the Southeast Asia market (especially the Philippines) is a strong plus.
- Technical & Market Acumen: Familiar with product hardware specifications and the logic of localized flavor matching. Capable of seamlessly translating market demands into actionable development metrics.
- Language Skills: Good working proficiency in English (reading and writing). Must be able to independently draft product specifications, review partnership terms, and align with international teams.
- Tool & Risk Management: Strong data consciousness. Adept at leveraging project collaboration tools and automated methods to control R&D and delivery deadline risks.
- Working Style: High sense of ownership; able to rapidly drive projects forward and bring them to closure within a matrix organization.
