Marketing Strategist

The Marketing Specialist/Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. This role oversees campaign planning, digital marketing, brand management, content collaboration, and performance optimization, working closely with Sales, Management, and partner clinics. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
• Define product positioning and messaging strategies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and company profiles
• Strengthen brand visibility in the beauty, wellness, and medical markets
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, and online platforms
• Approve and guide content creation to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
• Design and implement lead generation campaigns to support revenue targets
• Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize conversion strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented
• Creative mindset with ability to collaborate with medical professionals
