Marketing Manager - Multibrand

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand strategy and execution aligned with commercial objectives
• Localize global brand direction for the Philippine market
• Drive integrated campaigns (retail, digital, social, activations)
• Oversee content calendars, social media performance, and influencer initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Creatives Team to ensure strong, on-brand execution
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Operations for seamless rollouts
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROIPrepare periodic brand and performance reports (administrative reporting required but not a primary focus)
• What We’re Looking For5+ years progressive relevant experience, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG marketing
• Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
• Strong digital and retail marketing background
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Deep understanding of the Philippine retail landscape
