WFH Construction Estimator and Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile Construction Estimator and Assistant Project Manager to help manage the project lifecycle from initial bid to execution. In this role, you will review construction plans, perform detailed material takeoffs, and provide administrative project coordination to support company leadership and ensure project timelines are met. Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Flexible Schedule during EST business hours (Florida). Responsibilities: Review and interpret construction plans to identify the full scope of work. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials including tile, vinyl, doors, and FF&E.Prepare and compile comprehensive bid packages for submission to prospective clients. Support procurement planning by identifying required sourced and non-sourced materials. Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep jobs on track. Organize and manage incoming leads and prospective project plans to maintain an efficient pipeline. Collaborate with leadership on procurement and planning decisions. Requirements: Proven experience in construction estimating and plan reading. Must have experience working with U.S.-based construction companies. Strong understanding of construction terminology and project lifecycles. Ability to extract detailed scope information from both comprehensive and vague plan sets. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in quantifying materials and costs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently during Florida business hours.
