Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Ueno Container Logistics, Inc', you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our esteemed clients. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers, resolving their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. This full-time position is based in Calamba City, Laguna.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with operations, carriers, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate freight forwarder,broker, trucking, and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and check shipping documents.
• Track shipments and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
• Support sales and operations teams with customer-related information.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or freight forwarding are advantageous
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
