About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our expanding team at our Megamall location in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time Customer Service Representative position offering competitive compensation up to 25,000 PHP monthly. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing support across multiple communication channels and representing Concentrix Philippines with professionalism and excellence. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high service standards our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems
• Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
• Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
• Process customer requests including orders, refunds, and account updates
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality metrics
