Sr. IT Assistant

Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitors and maintains computer systemns and networks. Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Set up accounts for new users. Support users for Microsoft Active Director, ECOUNT Systemn Installation, Quick Books Installations and Set up, Web Mail Set-up and etc. Performs minor repair and getting replaced faulty computers and peripherals. Test new application / database or software to develop an in-house application system for the operation of Grand Line Medical Equipment Corporation. Trains junior staff on the proper monitoring and maintenance of company computer systems. Provides and prints ID of all employees across the company. Monitors and configures email addresses for all employees. Make sure that all automatic backup of the servers are working for disaster recovery plan. Checks the server operations daily task. Performs other task that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
