We are seeking an experienced ERP FSCM Business Analyst / QA Tester to join our team.
Role Highlights

- Functional expertise across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing, Treasury, Asset Management, and General Ledger
- Exposure to AWE, People
Soft Security, and new PUM features
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test cases
- Perform Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing
- Handle defect tracking (JIRA, ServiceNow) and coordinate with users
- Analyze issues, prioritize support calls, and ensure SLA compliance
- Stay updated with 9.2 image updates and new features
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on experience in test case preparation & execution
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Experience in ERP FSCM functional testing
