Bookkeeper

📢 WE ARE HIRING!J.I.T.S. Corporation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Location: 600 Calle Uno General Simon St., Brgy. 81, Caloocan City

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of Trial Balance / Financial Statement
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiar with other accounting and office software/tools
• Knowledgeable in the preparation and filing of government reports and statutory requirements, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other government agencies
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Can work independently and meet deadlines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update accurate accounting and financial records
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of Trial Balance and other accounting

• Prepare and organize bookkeeping documents and supporting records
• Assist in the preparation and submission of government reports, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements
• Perform data entry and maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and other office applications
• Reconcile records and assist in monitoring accounts
• Prepare reports and documents as required by management
