Full job description

We are looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer with intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-quality packaging designs and product-related artwork. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality catalogues and flyers that effectively showcase our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with the final products.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for both print and digital formats, maintaining high standards of visual quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, particularly within the machinery and construction supplies sector.
• Perform quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on creating catalogues and flyers.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in the machinery and construction supplies industry.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and frugality in project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing and social media design.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Understanding of the machinery and construction supplies market.
• Experience using project management software like Wrike is a plus.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
