Instructional Designer

Position Summary

Utilize consistent processes to develop materials and events that deliver exceptional learning experiences for employees. Design engaging and interactive training for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-study and web-based curriculum. Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of adult learning theory and key instructional design methodologies, creating learning solutions using the A.D.D.I.E. model

• Strong conceptual thinking; ability to take raw content and create curriculum that supports delivering an engaging learning experience
• Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions

Creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively within an environment with constantly changing priorities. Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization

Consults and interacts with subject matter experts and clients to assess training needs and develop business relationships to drive corporate and individual performance

Experience designing written training curriculum or producing high caliber technical writing in a creative, team-oriented environment; sample of work required

Experience using eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate or Captivate) desirable; if not currently applicable, career path requires willingness and aptitude to upgrade technical skills

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Experience with implementing evaluations and assessments, or other business reports analyzing metrics and results
• Working Conditions: Amenable to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Willing to work in a mid shift
