Market Data Analytics Specialist (1 Year Fixed-Term)

About the Role

The data analytics associate will support the execution, integration, and scaling of key marketing analytics products. This role will own end-to-end data collection, ingestion and harmonization needed to feed into the modeling of Plan

IQ and Price & Promo analytics. Insighting support will also be required to translate model outcomes into commercial implications across business units.

IQ and Price & Promo analytics. Help us scale smarter — support the standardization and scaling of key analytics products, and help pilot new data sources and methods. Turn numbers into stories — translate model outcomes into clear, actionable commercial implications for stakeholders across business units. Bridge tech and business — work closely with both technical analytics experts and commercial teams to keep projects aligned and on track. What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field. Experience: 2–4 years in data analytics, market research, or business intelligence in FMCG, retail, or commercial analytics — with a track record of turning data initiatives into real business impact. Skills: Proficient in data visualization tools and Excel modeling; comfortable working with third-party syndicated data (e.g., POS, retail audit panels, consumer panels); strong grasp of MMM, price elasticity, and promo lift methodologies; sharp analytical thinking, great communication, and solid project management chops.
