Remote Career Training Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Teacher, Corporate Trainer, or Online Facilitator based in the Philippines to deliver structured online career development training to IT professionals seeking employment and contracting opportunities in Australia.

This is not a recruitment role, and you do not need Australian recruitment experience.

We provide the complete turnkey ecosystem: pre-written curricula, lesson scripts, AI training tools, interview simulations, and candidate tracking frameworks. Your mission is not to invent lesson materials—it is to execute our proven methodology consistently, facilitate interactive verbal drills, hold candidates strictly accountable, and ensure they complete the necessary work to succeed.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Structured Sessions: Lead 1-on-1 and small-group verbal practice sessions with adult technical candidates via video call.
• Strict Curriculum Adherence: Teach directly from our established frameworks and lesson scripts without deviating or "winging it."
• Verbal Drills & Spoken Feedback: Run targeted drills on recruiter screening calls, interview conciseness, and candidate pitch delivery, offering immediate, constructive feedback.
• Accountability & Task Enforcement: Set unambiguous task deadlines after every session; actively track completion through our AI training platform.
• Intervene Early: Review platform analytics to spot learners who are stalling or falling behind, conducting direct check-ins to get them back on track.
• Structured Record Keeping: Document attendance, rubric scores, and progress milestones using standard reporting templates.

Selection Criteria

• Teaching / Facilitation Track Record: 2+ years of professional experience in classroom teaching, ESL instruction for adults, corporate training, or academic tutoring.
• English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with clear diction and professional delivery.
• Adult Accountability Instinct: Proven ability to manage adult learners, hold them to deadlines, and provide firm, candid, yet constructive feedback.
• System Adherence: High attention to detail and willingness to follow a proven, pre-built curriculum step-by-step.
• Remote Tech Setup: Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps with backup option), a quiet home workspace, HD webcam, and a noise-cancelling headset.
• Location: Must be physically based in the Philippines and available during daytime Australian business hours (AEST/AWST).
