About the role
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field2-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative functions
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
- Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping, leave administration, and employee records
- Good understanding of DOLE rules and basic labor standards
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025 is an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/SheetsProactive, reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines
- Willing to learn and take on other HR-related responsibilities as needed
What You’ll Do
Assist in recruitment and staffing to meet the manpower requirements of the Company, including scheduling interviews. Ensure proper documentation of personnel movements and maintain an updated HR Masterlist. Prepare and serve Job Offers and Employment Contract. Prepare employee IDs and conduct new hire orientation, ensuring completion of required employment, government benefits, and payroll/bank enrollment forms. Monitor employee leave and attendance, prepare necessary memos, and ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and payroll. Maintain and update employee 201 files while ensuring confidentiality of employee information. Process Pag-IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth contributions and loans, including loan monitoring, eGov uploads, and monthly statutory reports. Process HMO payment requests and assist in maintaining accurate HMO records. Process Sickness Benefits, Maternity Benefits, and other employee benefits as needed. Provide day-to-day HR support and assist in addressing employee concerns, inquiries, and requests. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and maintain HR documentation needed for audits. Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
