About the role
Contact Center Architect role based full onsite in BGC Taguig with any shift assigned.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Conversational AI, IVR, and chatbot solutions
- Lead technical design discussions and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application architecture
- Design and integrate APIs following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in ITAt least 8 years of working experience in BPO/Shared Services
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Conversational AI, IVR, and chatbot solutions
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application architecture
- Hands-on experience with API design and integration best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
