Part time Virtual CSR - Remote

We are looking for a Virtual Customer Support Representative to support a prenatal gender-testing service. This role is primarily focused on handling customer inquiries via email and social media, with a focus on supporting customers discussing pregnancy, reproductive health, and prenatal testing topics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding testing procedures, results, shipping, and general support
• Monitor and engage with customers across social media platforms (comments, DMs, mentions)
• Handle sensitive, personal conversations around pregnancy and reproductive health with empathy and professionalism
• Escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate team member — this role does not provide medical advice
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure a warm, reassuring, and discreet tone across all customer touchpoints

About you

Prior experience in a virtual/remote customer support role (required)

Working knowledge of, or genuine comfort discussing, women's reproductive health and prenatal topics (menstrual cycles, pregnancy stages, prenatal testing methods) — training will be provided, but baseline comfort with the subject matter is required

• Strong written English communication skills, with a warm and sensitive tone
• Comfortable managing email support queues and social media inboxes
• Must own a reliable personal device (laptop/desktop) suitable for remote work
• Stable internet connection
• Must be available to work 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time, part-time
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
