Senior Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. This is a hands-on technical SME role focused on infrastructure architecture, cloud modernization, and enterprise migrations. The ideal candidate has led end-to-end implementations and serves as a senior technical escalation point (L3). Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support enterprise hybrid infrastructure. Administer Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server. Design and implement AWS and Azure hybrid cloud solutions, including networking, security, governance, and Landing Zones. Manage VMware ESXi and Hyper-V environments. Lead on-premises to cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects. Serve as the L3 technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues. Produce architecture, design, and implementation documentation. Required Qualifications7+ years of Enterprise Wintel / Infrastructure Engineering experience.5+ years of Hybrid Cloud or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering. Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise infrastructure solutions. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft 365Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD)Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

VMware ESXi & Hyper-VAWS & Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, IAM, Governance, Landing Zones)

Must have experience: Designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions. Leading on-premises to cloud migration projects. Acting as an L3 technical escalation point. Creating architecture and technical design documentation. Supporting large enterprise or global environments. Preferred Qualifications

Independently led infrastructure projects and major technical escalations.
