Sales Planning Manager

Key responsibilities

Develop top-down and bottom-up sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and oversee Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)Assign sales quotas, define sales territories, and establish performance benchmarks for the field sales team

• Design and administer sales incentive programs, pay mixes, and commission mechanics
• Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate trade program ROI and work with Supply Chain to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Build and maintain sales reports and performance dashboards in CRM platforms or visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau)
