As a Nurse Coordinator, you will support a global healthcare organization dedicated to advancing life-changing treatments by connecting patients with clinical research opportunities. You will help accelerate medical discoveries by improving patient participation in clinical trials worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility
• Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods
• Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls
• Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
• Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information
• Evaluate patient eligibility based on study

• Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner
• Identify and escalate issues according to standard procedures
• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines

About you

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience required; clinical experience preferred
• Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a quiet, professional home workspace
• Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet (not company-provided)
• High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
