Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can bring strong creative thinking and hands-on design skills to our digital and e-commerce team.

You’ll be creating ad creatives, campaign materials, and other digital assets while helping guide a team of 2–3 junior designers. This is ahands-on design role—most of your time will still be spent designing, experimenting, and improving creative output.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Media Head and help ensure that designs are polished, on-brand, and ready to perform.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging ad creatives using product photos and digital assets.
• Set the creative direction for new projects and guide junior designers in execution.
• Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Develop campaign, promotional, event, and other marketing materials.
• Use performance data and creative insights to improve future designs and campaigns.

What You Should Bring

• A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, digital, and advertising design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Familiarity with Notion or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience mentoring, reviewing, or providing feedback to other designers.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
