Job Summary: We'd like to hire a warm and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear when they call. You'll take inbound calls, walk homeowners through our services, book cleanings, and send quotes, making sure no potential customer is left waiting. It's an ideal role for someone who thrives on clear communication and stays organized when calls get busy. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls quickly, warmly, and professionally

• Respond to customer questions about services, availability, and pricing using the provided pricing guide
• Set, move, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system
• Put together and send quotes to customers
• Make outbound calls when required, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations
• Keep customer records and call

• Mandatory Skills: Solid experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting
• Clear, confident spoken English and a friendly phone manner
• Background with scheduling or field service software such as Jobber or Housecall ProOrganized and composed during high call volume
• Self-reliant, accurate, and consistent in your work
• Strong communication skills
• Stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
• Preferred Skills: Customer service experience in home services or the cleaning industry
• At ease handling calls, quotes, and scheduling simultaneously
• Ability to manage several tasks at once
