About the role

Position Summary

Dwell Vacation Rentals is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting to vacation rental property owners. The SDR will work with the SDR Team Lead and support Dwell’s U.S.-based Business Development teams through email, calls, texts, follow-up, and meeting generation. Primary objective: Consistently generate and deliver qualified property-owner opportunities to Dwell’s local Business Development teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting to prospective vacation rental property owners.
  • Execute email campaigns and individual email outreach.
  • Research and identify prospective property owners and other potential opportunities.
  • Follow established outreach sequences and consistently follow up with prospects.
  • Engage interested owners, gather basic information, and determine whether they are a qualified opportunity.
  • Schedule meetings with local Business Development representatives when appropriate.
  • Properly hand off qualified leads to the appropriate local market team.
  • Accurately document all activity, leads, follow-up, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead-generation goals.
  • Provide feedback to the SDR Team Lead on prospect responses, messaging, and campaign effectiveness. Key Measures of Success

  • Experience using a CRM or sales platform preferred.
  • Comfortable working with activity and productivity goals.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a remote team.
