Logistics / Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory accuracy to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. This role involves data analysis, and collaboration with Planning, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to support efficient supply chain operations.

Essential Functions/

Responsibilities

Maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy and configure inventory master data. Conducting daily comparisons of Murho SOH and Accpac/EBS SOH. This regular check is crucial to ensure our inventory records are accurate and up to date. Managing inventory reconciliation tasks to resolve any discrepancies that arise. Track and report total Shelf-life inventory and propose disposition strategies. Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and root cause analysis for discrepancies. Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions. Monitor and clear PSA area in Murho. Monitor pallet positions to ensure everything is in its designated place and operating efficiently. Diligently track inventory stock levels to ensure we are always well-prepared and stocked appropriately. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and inventory turns to identify risks of stockouts, overstocking, and aging inventory. Build dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in inventory handling. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, planning, or a related role.
• Proficient in both oral and written English language.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE,) and Excel.
• Preferred to have a career path in warehousing and distribution
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counting, reconciliation, demand planning, and root cause analysis.
• Can work with people or various functional background – Management, Sales, EDP, Finance, Manufacturing and Purchasing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
