Job Description

The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications and APIs that enable digital services and core healthcare platforms. The role contributes to the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of technology solutions across the organization, ensuring that applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in application development, API integration, or production support within an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven experience in supporting production systems, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Oracle platforms, enterprise system integrations, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, middleware, and system integration platforms.
• Proficiency with source control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience in API development, RESTful services, and system-to-system integrations.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and software development best practices.
