Retail Sales and Design Representative

This role involves managing the showroom and serving as the main point of contact for walk-in clients during operation hours. You will manage the end-to-end sales process from handling inquiries, quotations, production, and delivery of contracts. The position requires actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and social media outreach, while managing and developing the sales pipeline to keep leads active and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with office management team to manage the showroom and act as the main point person contact for all walk-in clients during operation hours
• Manage end-to-end sales process from handling inquiries, quotation, production and delivery of contracts

Actively seek out new sales opportunities by setting up meetings with potential clients or virtually through cold calling to prospect new businesses and clients, including strategies such as saturation, networking, and social media outreach

• Manage and develop sales pipeline and ensure leads are always active and engaged
• Maintain accurate records of all walk-in clients and inquiries
• Maintain and nurture partner and client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and paving the way for re-orders and referrals

Work closely with all relevant departments including Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales Support Team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient processing of client

requirements

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Create reviews and reports with sales and Profit and Loss data for sales performance reviews
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers
