The IT Analyst Programmer is tasked with designing and creating software programs, integrating systems and software, and training end-users. The role involves analyzing algorithms, modifying source code, writing system instructions, debugging, and maintaining operating systems to ensure optimal software performance and reliability. Responsibilities

Development & Coding: Develop and code assigned software components and modules in adherence to established ICTG coding standards. Design & Estimation: Provide timely input for project estimation and system design phases. Testing & Quality Assurance: Follow and adhere to quality standards and processes (e.g., coding, unit testing). Develop unit test plans and execute them per development iteration to ensure high-quality software delivery. Documentation & Code Clarity: Ensure all developed code is adequately commented to assist other developers in understanding the modules and their intended purpose. Prepare necessary documentation and materials for system transitions. Deployment & Configuration: Provide technical support during system deployment. Feed in any configuration or environment settings required to ensure the developed code works seamlessly when deployed to subsequent environments. System Support & Transition: Assist in the transition of systems to Customer Support Services (CSS). Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates on technical deliverables directly to the supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field. Professional Experience

Industry Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in software development within offshore or onshore delivery models. Estimation Experience: Prior experience in developing estimations and writing proposals is preferred (but not required). Technical Skills & Domains

Programming Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, VB.NET, MVC, ASP.NET, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, XML, Python, Java, and WordPress. Database Engines: Experience working with DB Engines such as MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.Reporting Tools: Experience working with reporting engines like Crystal Reports and RDLC.Core Competencies & Soft Skills
