Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist responsible for operating, monitoring, and ensuring proper start-up of laser printing machines. The role includes troubleshooting machine issues, providing technical assistance, and supporting production operations to ensure smooth and accurate printing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser printers during production
- Perform proper start-up and shutdown of machines
- Identify, document, and report machine issues
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
- Perform basic maintenance and ensure machine readiness
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team
- Ensure accurate and quality printing output
- Prepare daily reports on machine status and service activities
Qualifications
- Experience in laser technology or related technical field is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Parañaque
- Willing to be trained onsite at main office - Valenzuela City
- Good attitude and team-oriented
- Willing to start ASAP
