Distributor Sales Manager - Bacolod

Job Purpose: The Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) in Bacolod City is responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the network of distributors to achieve assigned sales targets, market expansion goals, and brand presence objectives. This role focuses on distributor relationship management, sales performance tracking, team collaboration, and execution of trade and channel strategies aligned with company objectives. Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned distributors to ensure compliance, strong performance, and healthy operations. Drive sales execution to achieve volume, value, and market share targets through regular performance reviews and action plans. Expand and optimize distribution coverage, route-to-market, and customer base across key channels. Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, visibility, and merchandising at point of sale. Analyze sales and market data to track performance, provide insights, and support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution. Control expenses and deliver profitable growth within the approved area budget.
